Accessibility Statement
Introduction
The internet currently constitutes the largest repository of freedom of information for all users, and users with disabilities in particular. As such, we place great importance on providing equal access for people with disabilities to use the information presented on the website, and to enable a better browsing experience.
We strive to ensure that the digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, and therefore many resources have been invested to facilitate the use of the website for people with disabilities, as much as possible, מתוך belief that every person deserves the right to live with equality, dignity, comfort, and independence.
In order to fulfill this commitment, we strive to adhere as much as possible to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for accessibility of internet content at AA level and the international WCAG 2.1 document.
How does accessibility work on the website?
The website includes an accessibility menu by the website accessibility company “Nagish B’Click”. Clicking the accessibility button enables opening the menu containing the accessibility buttons. After selecting a topic from the menu, please wait for the page to load.
The software operates in the popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera. Responsibility for the use and implementation on the website applies to the website owners and/or anyone acting on their behalf, including the content displayed on the website, subject to the limitations and terms of use of the software and the manufacturer’s privacy policy.

Use of third-party components and websites:
When third-party components or websites are used on the website, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, external chats, and others not under our control, this may pose challenges for the use of the website by people with disabilities that we are unable to fix.

Contacting the Accessibility Coordinator
If during browsing the website you encountered any accessibility issue, the company’s accessibility team is available to you through various channels for accessibility-related inquiries, and we would be happy to receive your feedback.
- The details of the company’s accessibility coordinator must be updated, along with more than one means of contact: name, telephone, email, mobile phone, mailing address. In the case of businesses that do not receive the public – there is still an obligation to publish physical accessibility arrangements.
- It is also possible to add a link to a contact form for receiving dedicated accessibility feedback.
Publication of Physical Accessibility Arrangements
- Publication of the physical accessibility arrangements at the business. These should be updated from time to time according to actual physical accessibility changes made at the business.
- If the business has multiple branches – accessibility arrangements must be declared for each branch.
- In cases where the business is located inside a mall or office building, the physical accessibility arrangements of the building/mall may be used, and it is recommended to refer to the building/mall accessibility statement.
- In the case of businesses where there is no public reception, there is still an obligation to publish the physical accessibility arrangements of the business premises.
- Specify what is relevant and available at your business.

Clarification
Despite our efforts to enable accessible browsing on the website for all website pages, there may be pages on the website that have not yet been made accessible, or for which an appropriate technological solution has not yet been found.
